 I am also seeing this error and SHA1 fingerprint on all my AIM accounts,
 using:
 * Pidgin 2.10.7
 * Windows 8.1 x64
 * Default account settings

 After clicking "Reject", the following error message is displayed at the
 bottom of my Buddy List:

 > Error requesting https://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession: Unable
 to connect to api.oscar.aol.com: SSL peer presented an invalid certificate
