 Source code for Windows version of Pidgin 2.x is not entirely available.
 The GTK+ bundle is built by downloading binary packages in order to
 compose the resulting GTK+ runtime. However one of these packages, Pango,
 is a custom build downloaded directly from Pidgin's website rather than
 from the provider, but without any corresponding source code available.

 This is the custom binary blob for Pango:

 And this is the revision that has introduced it, linking to a bug with the
 supposed patch:
