 Exactly: basically every place in the UI that displays account "names"
 should ideally display a user-defined name (if any), that would be nicer
 than the current "user at host"... especially when connecting to Tor hidden
 services, IRC over I2P, etc.

 Steps could be:

 1. Add support for a user-defined account names, without any GUI to set it
 yet.
 2. Display user-defined account names (if available) in the accounts list,
 on the management dialog.
 3. Display user-defined account names (if available) in the "Accounts"
 menu.
 4. Display user-defined account names (if available) in the "Enable
 Account" sub-menu.
 5. Make it possible to set a user-defined account name via the GUI.
 6. Hunt for places where "user at host" is still displayed, and adapt
 whenever it makes sense.

 As far as Tails is concerned, as soon as step 4 is reached, usability
 would be greatly improved. The next steps can probably wait.
