 Hi folks,

 Pidgin is able to log details about call progress only in case, that
 conversation window with the called party is opened. However in case, that
 somebody is trying to reach you when you're of the keyboard, you won't
 detect it.

 Simple patch is attached, which will create a new conversation window, in
 case, that there isn't any active conversation with called or calling
 party. This window can be used for a call back or to insert a caller into
 the buddy list.
