 Currently, the mpOTR protocol isn't finished, no paper has been published
 yet. When this is finished, this will be announced by people who have been
 working on this for Cryptocat.

 Probably in a few months the paper will be published and people affiliated
 to or knowledge of the code will implement a C library which can be used
 to create a plugin for Pidgin or any other client.
