 There is a much more up-to-date QQ plugin that could be added to:

 It is pidgin-lwqq that can be found here: https://github.com/xiehuc

 I think it should be added to the list

 As far as I understand, the pidgin-qq uses the QQ protocol, and this
 pidgin-lwqq uses http to connect and mimic the official web version of QQ.
