 pidgin tries to listen to local IP and simultaneously leaks local IP info
 when attempting to transfer files to remote users over an XMPP connection.

 In the event that the user already knows that they don't want to use the
 local file transfer option (fast though it may be between two users on a
 LAN) this patch provides a clickable which forces the use of the
 bytestream proxy, at least by the local user.
