 XEP-0277 describes how to do Twitter style microblogging over XMPP using
 PEP (XEP-0163) and thus PubSub(XEP-0060).

 It would be great if Pidgin would support this. The UI could be similar to
 the chat UI: Present the messages like a chat history and write own
 messages using the ordinary chat-textbox. Adding images and the like could
 be done using the send-file UI.

 Jappix (http://jappix.org/) is a web based XMPP messenger and XEP-0277
 microblogging client, that could be used to test interoperability.
