 Is it not possible to do a spécific hangout protocol ?

 If somebody modify XMPP protocol, and use libwebrtc only for vidéo call.
 This can open simply open a web page with the hangout when we receive a
 call, and principaly use XMPP for send messages...

 I can't do that, but if somebody can, it will be fun :)
