 There are some chats that work more like an announcement list, where all
 the messages are important, and there are chats where there are a bunch of
 people just talking all day and you want to be notified only when somebody
 mentions your name.

 The "notify" plugin only let you use one or the other scheme.

 This patch adds a new configuration value to limit the nick-only
 notification to certain channels (that match a regular expression). This
 way you can have both in a simple way.
