 I have joined 23 channels on Freenode and have chosen "Auto join on
 connect" "Keep in chat when window is closed".

 When the IRC connection is broken, Pidgin tries to reconnect and fails.
 Freenode returns "Excess Flood" and kicks me out after Pidgin sends a huge
 wave of "JOIN #A" "JOIN #B".
