 I just pushed a fix for this (which should close this bug shortly).  After
 doing so I saw Renato's patch; the fix in my patch is more correct for the
 font face (as it doesn't use deprecated HTML elements, which will matter
 in 3.x), but doesn't tackle the default sizing issue.  You may want to
 modify your patch for carry-forward, Renato.

 Sorry this took so long, it's really a trivial change that obviously
 doesn't hurt anything.
