 This adds support of reading plugin paths from environment variable
 PURPLE_PLUGIN_PATH, separated by ':'. This e.g. improves things on NixOS
 (see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/992), where because of
 packaging purity we cannot know exact plugin paths on compilation stage.
