 It doesn't appear that the DNS for this domain is correctly set up. See
 https://www.olark.com/gtalk/check_srv for details

 There's also:

 which says that you might need to change the encryption settings in the
 Advanced tab of the account settings, but setting the correct DNS may fix
 this.
