 finch.pc.in is broken in latest tip.

 anything that depends on it will compile against libpurple, version 2, not
 libpurple, version 3, and fail if only version 3 is available. This is
 despite finch itself requiring version 3, and not needing version 2.

 Because someone decided it would be a good idea to mix up the version
 number and the name of a package.

 It's a one line patch.
