#16344: automatic account and contact creation on install from mail account data

It would be easier to install Pidgin at Cryptoparties if its configuration
was faster. Most participants use Thunderbird as a mail client. The pidgin
installer could be extended by a component which reads the mail account
data (including the password) from the Thunderbird configuration.

The installer could compare the mail accounts to a list of mail providers
(included in Pidgin or (probably better) supplied by the Cryptoparty
instructors) which offer XMPP with the same login details like email. If
the user has an XMPP-capable email account then the Pidgin installer would
create an account with this data automatically.

Furthermore it should be possible to define contacts (normal addresses and
chat rooms) with the supplied file (created for the first XMPP account).
This could be used to automatically create support contacts for the event.

The only GUI change would be that the installer would ask whether the user
wants to supply such a file during install (or maybe later).

A useful extension of such a feature would be to change configuration
details (like plugin activation and even plugin settings).

This would save several minutes per participant making Pidgin a more
 attractive software for Cryptoparties.

The Thunderbird (and others) configuration access part could be written
independently of Pidgin so that it could easily be used by other IM
 software installers.
