 Hi Team,

 We are using o365 account(lync 2013) on pidgin tool. We can able to
 communicate to others but unable to see the buddies presence status on
 pidgin tool. so we created a test account and it is working fine. Problem
 is only with the user account.

 We have tried installing latest pidgin and sipe plugin but no luck.

 Kindly help us to resolve the issue.
