#16648: Pidgin keeps crashing when attempting to view Buddy List (XMPP)

 Pidgin will start fine if my Buddy List is not visible, but the moment I
 try to view my Buddy List, Pidgin crashes.

 Viewing the pidgin.RPT file, it shows that the crash has something to do
 with "cairo_scaled_font_text_extents" in the GTK file "libcairo-2.dll".

 I will include the pidgin.RPT file below.
