 Windows has some SSL code buried in its depths called Schannel that can
 supposedly be used for SSL/TLS connections

 Here's an ssl plugin that attempts to do just that.  It doesn't provide
 any certificate handling yet but I'm plonking it here, to get some
 feedback and to discuss whether replacing NSS on Windows is a Good Thing
 or not.
