 Updated ipv6 version of libpurple.dll at
 http://eion.robbmob.com/libpurple-2.10.11-ipv6.zip

 I've found that the issues I experienced all those years ago with the ipv6
 version are related to Windows networking issues with regards to order of
 prefered protocols, not specific to libpurple
