 Agreed for the general case. But wouldn't it be possible for the windows
 bundle where the whole spellchecking is included with the gtk.

 This might at least help a lot of german users like me, because the
 de_DE_frami dictionary represents the currently official german spelling
 after the reform instead of the outdated one in de_DE.dic.

 Is it possible for me to append information on this issue in the wiki?
