 Awesome!  You are correct.  I didn't even know I had that plug-in
 installed, and I certainly don't remember turning that option on.  But
 turning it off fixes my issue.  :o)

 Sure wish that "plug-in" options were somewhere much closer to
 "Preferences"-- I would never have thought to look for those options
 somewhere else.  Honestly, I didn't recall that there were  /any/ plug-ins
 installed... Totally non-obvious interface choice, that...

 Regarding upgrading, thanks for the advice.  I run whatever version my
 company's internal desktop management tools make available, and I'm not
 allowed to run anything newer.  So /eventually/ I'm sure I'll get a newer
 version, but for now, I have to wait for our corporate IT guys to vet
 whatever versions have come out...
