 I suspect this is an issue with Windows 8.1, but after recently
 downloading and installing Pidgin I noticed that the contact list does not
 appear to dock "correctly" as seen below:[[br]][[br]]

 When docked, it gets placed //under// the taskbar instead of snapping to
 it and overlaps the browser. Consquently, when the browser is focused on,
 it overlaps the docked contact list:[[br]][[br]]
