 I am having the same problem with connecting to MSN as Chronia.  I am
 using version 2.10.11.  When I try to connect to MSN I receive the message
 "Connection error from Notification server: Connection refused."  I've
 read through this thread and, unless I missed something (I tend to do
 that), the connection problem doesn't seem to have been resolved.  I've
 attached two my debug files one with HTTP method and the other without.  I
 hope this helps.
