#16710: Messages with emojis are not displayed in MUCs

When a participant in a MUC sends a message containing an emoji, the whole
 message is not displayed.

I understand that Pidgin probably doesn't have emoji support (or should
it?) but not displaying a *whole message* is certainly a bad bug. Other in
the conversation with emoji-compatible clients will be able to see the
 messages.

This happens only in MUCs, NOT with direct 1-to-1 chats. In 1-to-1 chats,
instead of an emoji, a rectangular symbol with "00" in its four inner
edges is displayed (and copying that symbol into an emoji-supporting
program such as Firefox will actually translate it to the correct,
intended emoji). This means that the rest of the message is readable.

I only use Pidgin with XMPP so I don't know if other chat protocols are
 affected.
