 Elementary os freya 0.3
 Pidgin 2.10.9 (libpurple 2.10.9)
 SIPE 1.17.3
 libnotify 0.14

 I am using pidgin only for SIPE to connect to corporate lync server.
 When i enable libnotify plugin, evey popup is shown to times (as
 duplicate).
