 I am also getting this error. For me, the only thing to change on my
 system is the version of nss that is installed (3.19.1) It appears to have
 something to do with the latest nss version changing their minumum key
 lengths for several protocols.

 "The minimum size of keys that NSS will generate has been raised:

     The minimum modulus size for RSA keys is now 512 bits
     The minimum modulus size for DSA keys is now 1023 bits
     The minimum modulus size for Diffie-Hellman keys is now 1023 bits"

 This same issue is currently affecting firefox users connecting to legacy
