 You need to good, bad, and ugly plugin packages, and two very similarly
 named base plugin packages. The output of the configure script will
 generally be very vague, so check the file `config.log` for the exact
 error.

 If you're building as part of developing a new core feature, you should
 consider using Pidgin 3.0:

 If you're writing a plugin, I'm not sure which version is most reasonable
 to start with.
