 I'm seeing this SSL Handshake error whenever IRC gets disconnected for
 whatever reason and Pidgin tries to reconnect.  I end up having to close
 Pidgin and re-opening it.  Everything is ok and IRC connects at that
 point...until it happens again, at which point I have to go through the
 same process over again.
