 Hi, I have an account with olark.com and would like to integrate the chat
 through pidgin software. When I tried to login using my login credentials,
 I get message "Lost connection with server: Remote host closed
 connection." "transcriptionstar@…/pidgin disconnected". How I get this
 issue resolved. Sometime, the pidgin software would automatically works
 fine for few minutes but most time it would not function. I've been using
 for the past 3 years and had no issues but for the past 4 months, I facing
 issue using pidgin using my olark.com chat login credentials.

 I appreciate your quick help.
