#16803: don't apear in task when turn on the computer

 when open pidgin for first time don't apear on the task bar. Is necesary
 close the pidgin and open again for apear.

 Normally i open a terminal and kill with ctrl + C, and later i open from
 option menu and work perfectly.

 I use Debian 8 (Jessie).  But happend the same thing in linuxmint 17, but
 with the different that was not necesary close, just open again from
 option menu to apear.
