 BTW - this has happened on two PCs - WIN7 Pro, no domain, i5, both Dells,
 they were built/installed more than a month apart.  New installations of
 Pidgin on the PCs but Pidgin has been in use here for years (great product
 for the most part).

 I have this in multiple locations but Usually I just get the the issue
 with the yahoo accounts showing as offline or unavailable or not found on
 server, I log into yahoo with the account and a few hours later they
 either show up with the correct status or they still show as off-
 line/unavailable but ifg you ignore the status, it still works.
