#16776: Need to disable all plugins except XMPP and enable full chat logging

 We're running Openfire / Pidgin on a Ubuntu machine.

 Disabling plugins save for XMPP:

 The only information I found is in
 [https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/9152 Ticket 9152] and
 [https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/11298 Ticket 11298]. When I deleted
 all libraries from /usr/lib/purple-2/ except for libjabber.so and
 libxmpp.so and rebooted our server, the libraries came right back. What am
 I doing wrong? Is it an option to follow
 [https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Installing%20Pidgin#Isthereawaytocompilewithoutsomeprotocols
 these instructions] to recompile Pidgin without the other protocols, or is
 it too late? Our server is being used and is in production. I need to make
 it so that our staff has no ability to use other chat systems (Facebook,
 etc) except for our intranet's Pidgin.

 Enabling full chat logging:

 Best as I can tell, the only place where the logs are stored are on the
 local machine in
 {{{
 C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\.purple\logs\jabber\*USER*\
 }}}
 Is this the only way that we can access employee chat logs? In the big
 picture, we need to archive the chat logs, but I don't know how to do it.
 Any assistance, or built-in mechanism, would be fantastic.
