 I'm unable to download spell checker en_US from the said location.
 PFA screenshot of the error message which I got while installing
 ver2.10.12.
 I'm using 64-bit Win7 Enterprise, i5 Intel procsr with 4GB RAM.

 NOTE: I had to opt for offline installer because the online installer was
 causing some error for some reason.
