 File transfer stopped working this week.  Sending from a yahoo client to
 pidgin, it fails right away on the yahoo side.  On the pidgin side it
 waits for it to start.  Sending from pidgin to yahoo, the pidgin side is
 again waiting and the yahoo side never gets a notification.

 Testing between official yahoo clients, transfer still works.
