 I have just installed Pidgin (latest version).  I don't have any plugins
 running.  So I thought I would check out SMS.  It says to put a phone
 number in for the user.  I open '''Set User Info'''  and  type the info
 in, click OK.  '''Nothing is saved.'''  I did search for open tickets, but
 did not find anything related.

 The Name and Nickname both have data, so it does not appear to be a font
 color issue.  I used Yahoo IM, so this info has been imported from my
 Buddy list there.
