 For a couple of days now I've been trying to connect to a specific XMPP
 server (jabber.calyxinstitute.org) but lately it gives me this message:
 Lost connection with server: Remote host closed connection. with the
 option to reconnect or modify account. My friends can connect fine so I
 know it's not an issue with the server. I've tried contact them about the
 issue but they have not responded, so I'm hoping someone here can help me
