Comment:

 The upgraded Cyrus SASL shipped with 2.10.12 no longer includes a GSSAPI
 library that's linked against Kerberos For Windows because the
 functionality doesn't work out of the box.

 If there's a well documented way to build the GSSAPI cyrus plugin with k4w
 support, I'd consider re-adding it.
