 So the problem ends up being that the startcom intermediate cert is using
 SHA1 which Edge has deprecated.  We need to get a new cert or something.
 dx did a bunch of investigating and I'm attaching his screen shots.

 You can work around the issue by clicking view downloads, then right
 clicking and selecting run anyways.  But this bad form for us to ask our
 users to do.
