 If a custom ctcp version string is entered in the IRC settings, it causes
 the ctcp version response to be delayed until the next command is sent to
 the server. Additionally, the command is appended to the end of the custom
 ctcp version.

 Example:

 /ctcp name version

 ctcp version reply from name: purple name privmsg <#channel message.

 Note that the command that is appended to the ctcp version reply is not
 actually sent to the server separately, so in the above example the
 message will not be sent to the channel.
