 The pointless rant obscured the real issue, "invalid signature".

 That was fixed by the 2.11.0 installer, assuming you're speaking about an
 error shown by Edge when downloading.

 May be worth noting that other web browsers didn't have that issue, and
 manually opening the downloaded file passed all the usual signature
 checks.
