 Again.  This was opened 4 months ago with no response.  Can someone please
 advise on how to resolve this issue.  We cannot continue to use your
 product if it is "capped" at showing only 5 contacts.  Is this a
 transition to a "fee-based" model or a glitch?  Is it only us?
