 Hi all,
 Since getting a new laptop I installed a newer version of Pidgin from the
 one I used to have, and I can't find anymore the option which allows for
 blinking/flashing panel notifications of new messages. Since I need sound
 notifications to be disabled, I basically now have no way of noticing new
 messages at all. Could you please let me know if I've missed this option
 somewhere, or if not, please bring this feature back.
