 Can you guys help the pidgin-otr people with this bug at all? Tayku said 7
 years ago in the post above that he would contact them, but this same
 problem still exists with pidgin-otr.

 I understand if no one can contribute to help them out, but they seem
 interested in figuring out a solution and I figured I'd mention it here
 just in case anyone could go to the ticket below and help figure out how
 to impliment a fix.
