 No, not at all.  If the program does NOT work as expected, I think it is a
 responsibility to advise the programmers of the issues.  If the
 programmers do not respond, try again.  If in the end, you do not know
 (due to lack of any feedback) if this is a programming glitch, or a
 limitation, then I feel that it needs to be addressed either way.  This
 issue has been posted to their support department and has been sitting
 unattended for over 4 months.  Why have a support ticket system if you are
 not going to either monitor it or respond to it?
