 Again, I understand open source software is managed and upgraded by
 volunteer programmers, I have not pushed my agenda, however what is the
 purpose of developing a piece of software that does not do what it sets
 out to accomplish.  That seems to me to be an exercise in futility.  The
 goal, (I assume) is to provide a piece of software that works as well as
 commercial software, yet is free.  The issue I am discussing here is
 functionality.  If it does not do what it is supposed to, and someone
 points out what seems to be a glaring problem which was NOT occurring
 prior to a few updates ago, I would think that is a good thing.  Not
 something to chastise someone about because they were wondering if their
 observation were falling on deaf ears.  I have been a VAR and network IT
 person for 25 years, I am NOT adept at all with programming otherwise I
 too would have tried to fix the issue and posted my results.  But I do
 know what works and what doesn't and this is an issue that has affected
 multiple users on multiple networks and multiple configurations.  That
 indicates a "bug" to me.

 My tone is explanatory, not argumentative and my expectations are based on
 the product's performance in the past.
