 At least from December, 25 2015 Adium stopped receiving ICQ offline
 messages. I think, it is related with a mobile version of the official ICQ
 (detecting online status for push-notifications). If you used it at least
 once, and after that logout or even removed the app, your desktop Adium
 will not receive offline messages.
