 GPLv2+ licensed code for using the Windows trust store for verifying
 certificates can be found here:
 https://gitlab.com/tortoisegit/tortoisegit/commit/8d8760c9b2aa06784ce0c13aa56cea92e05c1240
 (tje accept unknown certificate code isn't needed, just use
 src/Utils/CertificateValidationHelper.h)
