 Section 10.2 of XEP-0280: Message Carbons [1] states that carbon-copying
 of chat states notifications is explicitly included and intentional.

 Now, typing notifications from other devices cause the Psychic Mode plugin
 to open a conversation window with oneself, as it did not anticipate this
 situation.
 This is quite annoying, and also useless.

 I believe this can be easily fixed by a simple exclusion rule, and seeing
 how these messages are intentional according to the XEP, I believe the
 rule should be added in the Psychic Mode plugin.
