#17201: Not notifications in system bar when arriving messages

 Enviroment: Debian Testing - Gnome 3 - Pidgin with notifications plugin
 enabled

 Steps:

 1. Open pidgin
 2. Someone send a message to me
 3. In Gnome bar appears the notification popup.
 4. Read the conversation in pidgin and keep the window chat open in
 another desktop
 5. Someone send a message to me
 6. There is no notification popup in Gnome bar (however there's a sound
 notifying new message)

 Expected:

 In the step 6 it should appear a notification in the bar to know that a
 new message has arrived
